　　Recently, at the construction site of the Zeda Aviation Components Lean Manufacturing Center project located in the Xi'an Aviation Base, the reporter saw that inside a 6,000-square-meter workshop, machines were neatly arranged, and various aircraft parts were coming off the production line.

　　"We build one building and put it into production, and currently 5 workshops have been put into production, with 3 under construction," introduced Guo Peng, project leader and deputy general manager of Xi'an Zeda Aviation Manufacturing Co., Ltd. He said the project is the company's capacity expansion project, with a total investment of 500 million yuan and an annual output value of 600 million yuan, and is expected to create employment for 700 people.

　　"The project started in March last year, mainly building two centers: lean manufacturing and high-speed intelligent manufacturing, and is expected to be fully put into use by the end of this year," Guo Peng said. The project undertakes the manufacturing tasks of more than 4,300 components for models such as the C919 and ARJ21, and the company's production scale and output value will grow nearly threefold.

　　"During the project construction, staff of the Aviation Base Management Committee took the initiative to provide services. After learning that we had a need to expand production space, they coordinated plant resources within the zone for us through multiple contacts, promoting the project to be implemented and put into production as soon as possible," Guo Peng said with emotion.

　　Relying on advantages such as complete industrial supporting facilities, outstanding scientific and technological innovation strength, and strong talent support, Xi'an is attracting more and more high-quality projects to settle. In 2023, Xi'an's 665 municipal-level key projects completed an investment of more than 530 billion yuan. The continuously optimized business environment gives enterprises a greater sense of belonging and strengthens their confidence in taking root in Xi'an.

　　On January 26, in the production workshop of the active pharmaceutical ingredient project of Weinan Ruilian Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. in the Weinan High-tech Zone, staff were operating machines for production.

　　"The first phase of the project has built an active pharmaceutical ingredient production line with an annual output of 36.4 tons, with supporting facilities such as production workshops, warehouses, and a comprehensive quality inspection building. The second phase is under planning and design," introduced Ye Shuqing, quality director of Weinan Ruilian Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. After the project is fully completed, it will further promote the upgrading of the characteristic active pharmaceutical ingredient industry chain.

　　Also belonging to the fine chemical industry chain as this project is the Pucheng Telaijing C3099 Production Base project. After completion, the project can produce high-purity quartz sand and quartz products, which can be applied in industries such as electronic information, optical fiber, and photovoltaics. At present, the main structure has been completed, and equipment installation is underway.

　　In 2024, Weinan plans to arrange 418 provincial and municipal key construction projects with a total investment of 193.6 billion yuan, including 143 industrial projects with a total investment of 66.5 billion yuan. 　　On January 30, at the Urban Community Service Center of Wuqi County, Yan'an City, the office building of the Wuqi County Natural Gas Peak-Shaving Storage Station project had already been topped out, and the civil works of the central control room had been fully completed.

　　"The project started construction in March last year. At present, about 80% of the civil works have been completed, and we are striving to complete and put it into production before the end of June," introduced Liu Yuan, on-site person in charge of the Wuqi County Natural Gas Peak-Shaving Storage Station project. He said this project can effectively improve the problems of "difficulty in using gas" and "high cost of using gas" for winter heating. In the event of a sudden interruption of gas supply, the storage station can guarantee gas supply for Wuqi County for 30 days during the heating period and for 12 months during the non-heating period.

　　"During the project advancement, Wuqi County implemented the 'four ones' working mechanism of one project, one responsible unit, one county-level leader, and one dedicated work team, helping to coordinate and solve problems such as funding and approval, and giving us strong support," Liu Yuan said.

　　This year, Yan'an will continue to improve and enhance the "six batches" dynamic management mechanism, make good and flexible use of working mechanisms such as "one meeting and one database," plan 877 projects with a total investment of 584.8 billion yuan, and reserve 693 projects with a total investment of 405.5 billion yuan.

(hereinafter referred to as Shaanbian Company), more than 70 workers were working overtime according to the reversed schedule, rushing to complete order tasks before the Spring Festival.

He said that in the nearly one year since the project was completed and put into production, Shaanbian Company has purchased complete sets of intelligent electrical R&D and production equipment and laid out production lines for various smart grid products, with an annual output of more than 50,000 units (sets) of intelligent electrical equipment, widely used in fields such as auto parts and civil ships.

　　"At present, we are accelerating the transformation and upgrading toward high-end, intelligent, and green development, actively building an industrial system integrating R&D and production of power transmission and transformation and photovoltaic power generation equipment, technical research on core components, and power engineering construction management, and promoting Ankang's deep integration into the province's entire power transmission and transformation equipment industry chain," Hou Qiuyang said.
