On January 10, 2024, Xie Linchong, General Manager of Yunnan Construction and Investment ** Survey and Design Co., Ltd. (referred to as Junhong Foundation) for inspection and guidance. Zhao Guoliang, Deputy General Manager of the company, and Ma Haojie, Project Department Manager, participated throughout the entire process. The two parties conducted in-depth exchanges on the positioning of project teams, team objectives and tasks, assessment and distribution, and team building, and shared experience on how to maximize construction efficiency and meet the owner's schedule requirements under the premise of ensuring safety and quality.

First, Zhao Guoliang, Deputy General Manager of Junhong Foundation, extended a warm welcome to the leaders of Yunnan Construction and Investment No.1 Survey and Design Institute visiting the Hongyan Zhilü Project, and led the leaders on a field visit to the construction site. Through in-depth introduction of the drilling rig construction situation, he fully demonstrated Junhong's rich project management experience, solid performance capability, and ability to tackle tough battles under complex geological conditions in the Southwest region.

Second, Project Manager Ma Haojie gave a detailed introduction to the project team management situation, focusing on the characteristics and advantages of the team-based management system. Centered on the construction approach of "three methods, two rights, and one guidance," the project management levels and subordinate relationships were clarified, making frontline project management more flat and efficient. Project objectives and tasks were effectively decomposed down to the teams, which not only fully mobilized the initiative of project personnel but also enabled timely discovery of project risks, rapid response, and precise implementation of construction measures, greatly improving construction efficiency and reducing project risks.

Third, Zhao Guoliang, Deputy General Manager of Junhong Foundation, introduced the prospects of team-based management for pile foundation projects. Mr. Zhao mentioned that for small-scale projects, teams should be the main unit, while for large-scale projects, it is suitable to form project departments from various teams for optimized management. He also gave a detailed explanation of the division of responsibilities among teams during 24-hour construction.

During the meeting, Dean Dong Tianlei and Dean Pu Guotai of the Geotechnical Engineering Research Institute of Yunnan Construction and Investment No.1 Survey and Design Institute, as well as Director Huang Huirong of the Business Department, all spoke highly of the team-based management system. They also put forward forward-looking ideas regarding possible resistance and difficulties that may be encountered during the implementation of the team-based system, and conducted in-depth discussions on how to optimize staffing, equipment selection, equipment quantity, and equipment fuel consumption.

Finally, Xie Linchong, General Manager of Yunnan Construction and Investment No.1 Survey and Design Institute, spoke highly of the team-based management system.
