Bian Deyun, deputy secretary of the Party Leadership Group and director of the Autonomous Region Geological Bureau, introduced that Xinjiang's landforms and landscapes are mostly characterized by high altitude, deep cutting, and shallow coverage. To achieve new results in the new round of breakthrough strategic action for prospecting, it is inseparable from the support of new technologies, new methods, and new equipment such as low-altitude gravity, magnetic and electrical detection, high-power geophysical detection, and hyperspectral low-altitude detection in geophysical, geochemical, and remote sensing fields.

The Autonomous Region Geological Bureau will be equipped with high-precision and advanced instruments and equipment that conform to the orientation of rapid prospecting, precise needs, and all-terrain objectives, ensuring that drilling equipment can reach high mountains and explore deep underground.
