Advantages:According to the performance of the lifting equipment and on-site construction conditions, the support beam can be cut into the required size, lifted out by lifting equipment, and then transported off-site by truck for crushing. This technology is safe and environmentally friendly (minimal vibration and noise, no rubble, no dust, good construction environment), highly efficient (ensuring construction progress), and the adjacent foundation pit retaining structure (diaphragm wall) is basically unaffected during the demolition process.

Disadvantages:Higher cost; because the cut blocks are large, large lifting equipment is generally required, which places higher demands on the site.
