Recently, the "Most Beautiful Workers" employee speech contest was held at the Xuzhou Federation of Trade Unions. The three contestants sent by XCMG Group—Hu Meng and Quan He from the Truck Company—won second and third prizes respectively, while Xu Zhen from XCMG Senior Technical School received an excellence award. The speech contest, themed "Telling the Stories of Model Workers Around Me," celebrated the most ordinary and unassuming workers around us. The three contestants affectionately recounted the shining deeds of XCMG Group's model workers, carrying forward their spirit of staying committed to their posts and dedicating themselves to their work, and spreading positive social energy.
