Project construction scale:The Airport Campus of Zhengzhou University of Aeronautics is located in Qianlv Village, Miaohou Village, and Zhangtang Village, Bagang Subdistrict, Zhengzhou Airport Economy Zone, covering an area of 1,312 mu, with a planned total construction area of 796,800 square meters and an estimated total investment of 4.813 billion yuan. Following the principle of "one-time land acquisition, overall planning, phased construction, and coordinated advancement," the Airport Campus construction project is carried out in three phases. The Phase I construction project has a construction area of 260,700 square meters (including living facilities for 5,000 students and meeting the required civil air defense ancillary construction area), with an estimated total investment of 1.466 billion yuan. The Phase I construction project has an above-ground construction area of 240,000 square meters and an underground construction area of 20,700 square meters, including teaching and laboratory buildings, research buildings, student dormitories, canteens, and logistics ancillary buildings, along with supporting campus infrastructure and outdoor sports venues.

The multimedia presentation USB flash drive shall be delivered on site by a designated person to the entrance of the guard room of the Henan Provincial Public Resources Trading Center before the bidding deadline (bid opening time).
