On January 19, the awarding ceremony for Zoomlion being honored as a "Hunan Province Trade Secret Protection Demonstration Enterprise" was held at the Zoomlion Smart Industrial City. Qian Junjun, Party Secretary and Director of the Hunan Provincial Administration for Market Regulation, Ding Zhenliang, Deputy Director of the Hunan Provincial Administration for Market Regulation, Luo Kai, Co-President of Zoomlion, Sun Changjun, Vice President of Zoomlion, and relevant leaders of the Changsha Municipal Government attended the ceremony.

Trade secrets are valuable intellectual property and innovation achievements of an enterprise; protecting trade secrets means protecting an enterprise's core competitiveness. Zoomlion has achieved remarkable results in strengthening trade secret protection. The company innovatively built a "three vertical and three horizontal" trade secret protection network, achieving comprehensive protection across all aspects and links, including identification of secret points and classification levels, personnel and HR management, and software and hardware development. Following review organized by relevant institutions and final approval by the Hunan Provincial Administration for Market Regulation, Zoomlion was rated as a Hunan Province Trade Secret Protection Demonstration Enterprise.

In his speech, Qian Junjun stated that, as a large high-end equipment manufacturing enterprise, Zoomlion has always placed scientific and technological innovation and trade secret protection in an important position, created and built a rigorous trade secret protection network, continuously enhanced its potential for high-quality development, and contributed to Hunan's efforts to build a national important advanced manufacturing highland. He expressed the hope that Zoomlion would take this awarding as a new starting point, intensify trade secret protection, and play a demonstration and leading role across the province.

Luo Kai stated that Zoomlion being awarded the title of Hunan Province Trade Secret Protection Demonstration Enterprise this time not only reflects the high importance attached by the Provincial Party Committee and Provincial Government, the Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government, and the Xiangjiang New Area to the equipment manufacturing industry, but also serves as full affirmation and great encouragement of Zoomlion's work in protecting intellectual property such as trade secrets. It will greatly boost the enterprise's confidence in intellectual property protection, further stimulate its innovation vitality, and promote high-quality innovative development.
