Shenzhen Outer Ring Expressway Shenzhen Section Phase III (Kengzi to Dapeng Section) Project

I. Project Overview

Contract Section 1: The scope of bidding includes but is not limited to the following: 1. Shenzhen Outer Ring Expressway Shenzhen Section Phase III (Kengzi to Dapeng Section) Project, within the range K77+350 to K80+278: construction of subgrade, bridges, culverts, landscaping, environmental protection (excluding sound barriers), management, service and maintenance facilities and buildings, road and river relocation, pipeline relocation (excluding relocation of 110KV and above power lines and relocation of (sub-)high-pressure gas pipelines), and other works. 2. Shenzhen Outer Ring Expressway Shenzhen Section Phase II Project, Jinsha Interchange: ① Construction of subgrade, bridges, culverts, pavement, expansion joints, electromechanical systems, traffic safety, landscaping, environmental protection, fire protection, management, service and maintenance facilities and buildings, road and river relocation, pipeline relocation (excluding relocation of 110KV and above power lines and relocation of (sub-)high-pressure gas pipelines), facility demolition, and other works for Ramps A, B and G and the interchange mainline; ② Construction of electromechanical systems, traffic safety, landscaping, environmental protection (excluding sound barriers), fire protection, management, service and maintenance facilities and buildings, and other works for Ramps C, D, E and F and the widening sections. The specific content of the above works shall be subject to the bill of quantities and construction drawing design documents.

Contract Section 2: The scope of bidding includes but is not limited to the following: Outer Ring Phase III, within the mainline and interchange range K80+278 to K82+740: construction of subgrade, bridges, culverts, landscaping, environmental protection (excluding sound barriers), management, service and maintenance facilities and buildings, road, river and canal relocation, pipeline relocation (excluding relocation of 110KV and above power lines and relocation of (sub-)high-pressure gas pipelines), and other works. The specific content of the above works shall be subject to the bill of quantities and construction drawing design documents. Total planned investment: RMB 8,690 million.

Contract Section 3: The scope of bidding includes Outer Ring Phase III, within the interchange and mainline range K82+740 to K84+790 (ZK82+660 to ZK85+147): construction of subgrade, culverts, tunnels, landscaping, environmental protection (excluding sound barriers), management, service and maintenance facilities and buildings, road, river and canal relocation, pipeline relocation (excluding relocation of 110KV and above power lines and relocation of (sub-)high-pressure gas pipelines), and other works. The specific content of the above works shall be subject to the bill of quantities and construction drawing design documents.

Contract Section 4: The scope of bidding includes Outer Ring Phase III, within the interchange and mainline range K84+790 to K87+781.6 (ZK85+147 to ZK87+736.5): construction of subgrade, culverts, tunnels, landscaping, environmental protection (excluding sound barriers), management, service and maintenance facilities and buildings, road, river and canal relocation, pipeline relocation (excluding relocation of 110KV and above power lines and relocation of (sub-)high-pressure gas pipelines), and other works. The specific content of the above works shall be subject to the bill of quantities and construction drawing design documents.

Contract Section 5: The scope of bidding includes Outer Ring Phase III, within the interchange and mainline range K87+781.6 to K90+443.7 (ZK87+736.5 to ZK90+353.5): construction of subgrade, bridges, culverts, landscaping, environmental protection (excluding sound barriers), management, service and maintenance facilities and buildings, road, river and canal relocation, pipeline relocation (excluding relocation of 110KV and above power lines and relocation of (sub-)high-pressure gas pipelines), and other works. The specific content of the above works shall be subject to the bill of quantities.

Contract Section 6: The scope of bidding includes Outer Ring Phase III, within the interchange and mainline range K90+443.7 to K92+800 (ZK90+353.5 to ZK92+575): construction of subgrade, bridges, culverts, tunnels, landscaping, environmental protection (excluding sound barriers), management, service and maintenance facilities and buildings, road, river and canal relocation, pipeline relocation (excluding relocation of 110KV and above power lines and relocation of (sub-)high-pressure gas pipelines), and other works. The specific content of the above works shall be subject to the bill of quantities and construction drawing design documents.

Contract Section 7: The scope of bidding includes Outer Ring Phase III, within the interchange and mainline range K92+800 to K94+160.398 (ZK92+575 to ZK94+150.594): construction of subgrade, bridges, culverts, tunnels, landscaping, environmental protection (excluding sound barriers), management, service and maintenance facilities and buildings, road, river and canal relocation, pipeline relocation (excluding relocation of 110KV and above power lines and relocation of (sub-)high-pressure gas pipelines), and other works. The specific content of the above works shall be subject to the bill of quantities and construction drawing design documents. Total planned investment for the entire project: RMB 8,690 million.
