The economic performance showed a sound trend of gathering momentum and running ahead in the first quarter, pressing forward under pressure in the second quarter, arresting the slowdown in line with the situation in the third quarter, and stabilizing against the trend in the fourth quarter.

On November 29, the water storage of the Su Bei County Danghe River urban section water source regulation and storage reservoir project, which is included in the provincial, municipal, and county water conservancy "14th Five-Year Plan" and the provincial government's "four grasps and one breakthrough" implementation plan, and the completion and water supply of the urban-rural integrated water supply source renovation project were achieved. The completion of the project will greatly improve the utilization rate of water resources and the water supply guarantee rate around the county seat, effectively alleviate the tight situation of production, domestic, and ecological water use in the county seat, and play a positive role in promoting the high-quality economic and social development of Subei. In addition, a number of projects such as the Su Bei County high-standard slaughtering and processing cold chain storage base and brand building project, and the Su Bei County Public Security Bureau business technical用房 and law enforcement and case handling management center construction, were also successfully completed.

It has successively implemented 7 municipal and industrial park infrastructure projects, including the Su Bei County Mazongshan town-area integration pilot infrastructure construction, and 5 transportation projects such as the Liugou to Hongshaliang coal mine railway dedicated line. A large number of key projects that lay the foundation and benefit the long term, such as the Jinmiaogou water supply, the Liugou to Hongshaliang coal mine railway dedicated line, and the 110KV power transmission and transformation line from Feihong Substation to Jinmiaogou, have made major progress, laying a solid foundation for future stable growth.

It is preliminarily estimated that in 2023, the regional GDP will reach 2.6 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 4%; the total industrial added value will be 1.24 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 0.3%; and fixed asset investment will increase by 15% year on year.
