New Rotary Drilling Cutting Pick DS05-59-30TP

As a manufacturer of alloy, wear-resistant materials, drums, and cutting picks, Kennametal has always been committed to customer and market needs, actively developing cost-effective new products to help customers achieve cost reduction and efficiency improvement to a greater extent.

After gaining an in-depth understanding of market demand, Kennametal now focuses on launching a high-performance rotary drilling cutting pick product, DS05-59-30TP, for domestic customers. This cutting pick has an alloy diameter of 30mm and a shoulder diameter of 60mm, which can meet the different needs of domestic rotary drilling customers in hard rock construction. Compared with a certain domestic 30mm alloy cutting pick, Kennametal's cutting pick has significant advantages in wear resistance.

Recently, this cutting pick was field-tested in China and has gained widespread recognition and trust from rotary drilling equipment users and construction contractors. Information collected from a construction site in South China is as follows:

After using Kennametal cutting picks to complete the construction of approximately 12m of granite rock layer for a total of 2 piles, No. 1 and No. 2, at this construction site, the consumption rate was reduced by more than 30% compared with a certain domestic 30mm alloy cutting pick. This outstanding performance won unanimous recognition from the customer and further verified the excellent performance of Kennametal cutting picks.
