Abstract:

Construction enterprises are economic entities engaged in the production and operation of construction products, and they are the leading force in the development of construction productivity and the advancement of construction technology. The development status of construction enterprises has an important impact on the sustained and healthy development of the construction industry. In view of this, the Research Group on Big Data Application in the Construction Industry, jointly formed by the Research Institute for High-Quality Development of the Construction Industry of the China Construction Industry Association, the Journal of Engineering Management, CSCEC Xing International Engineering Consulting Co., Ltd., and the Construction Big Data Research Institute of Jianshe Tong, plans to carry out statistical analysis of China's top 200 construction enterprises year by year starting from this year, and to appropriately expand the scope depending on data availability, so as to set a benchmark and provide guidance for the high-quality development of China's construction enterprises.
