Since the system began operation in 2020, the city's engineering reform system has handled 53,390 cases; the proportion of parallel approval cases ranks first in the province, the number of joint drawing review projects ranks first in the province, and the proportion of planned and generated projects, the proportion of municipal public utility services, and the proportion of joint acceptance cases all rank among the top in the province.

"The five announcement periods for the original project totaled 41 days. In response to the contradiction between the inability to fully meet enterprises' land use needs and the inefficient use of some construction land, Binzhou City took the lead nationwide in issuing the Implementation Measures for Handling Engineering Procedures on Leased Land for Engineering Construction Projects, providing a "Binzhou model" for local governments to resolve idle and inefficient land use.
