On the morning of November 17, the multimedia classroom on the fourth floor of the Zhenzhong Machinery office building was warm and fully seated. The thematic study class on the Spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping's Important Speech During His Inspection of Zhejiang, specially organized by Zhenzhong Machinery, officially began. Teacher Chi Wancun, an expert from Ruian's 'Distinguished Lecturer Studio', was invited to give the lecture.

The theme of Teacher Chi's lecture was: Study the Important Speech, Promote the 'Two Pioneering Efforts' — Continuously Deepening and Solidifying the Thematic Education on the 'Double Eight Strategy'. Teacher Chi focused on the birth and practice trajectory of the 'Double Eight Strategy', providing a detailed interpretation of what the 'Two Pioneering Efforts' are and what the 'Double Eight Strategy' is. In particular, he perfectly explained the 'Eight Advantages and Eight Measures' of the 'Double Eight Strategy' and the 20 years of its implementation, which has driven the wonderful transformation of Zhejiang.

Teacher Chi said: This year marks the 20th anniversary of the implementation of the 'Double Eight Strategy' in Zhejiang. Twenty years later, General Secretary Xi Jinping inspected Zhejiang again. On September 20, he traveled through 2 cities and 4 inspection points in one day (a village, a city, a museum, and a park). From a small village to a commercial city, from an exhibition hall to a cultural park, the General Secretary's speeches at each stop were inspiring and uplifting, giving strength to move forward. The General Secretary hopes that Zhejiang will take the lead in shaping new development advantages through scientific and technological innovation, set an example in promoting common prosperity, and write new chapters in deepening reform and expanding opening up.
