On October 30, the Large Shield Tunneling Company of China Railway 14th Bureau Group signed a strategic cooperation intention agreement with the People's Government of Pukou District, Nanjing. Wu Yongqiang, Director of the Nanjing Jiangbei New Area Management Committee and Secretary of the Pukou District Party Committee; Wang Guoping, Deputy Secretary of the Pukou District Party Committee and District Mayor; Wu Jun, Member of the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee and Executive Deputy District Mayor; Zhou Changjin, General Manager of China Railway 14th Bureau Group; and Liu Qingmin, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the Labor Union, attended the signing ceremony.

Zhou Changjin expressed gratitude for Pukou District's long-term care and support, stating that China Railway 14th Bureau Group has shown a trend of high-quality development in recent years, with its large shield tunneling segment in a stage of rapid growth. Given the broad prospects of the underground space and large shield tunneling markets, China Railway 14th Bureau Group enjoys strong industrial chain advantages in this field, and he expressed the hope that both sides will continue to deepen exchanges and achieve win-win development through broader, deeper, and higher-level cooperation.

Wu Yongqiang stated that the Large Shield Tunneling Company of China Railway 14th Bureau Group is an outstanding enterprise in Pukou District, and that both sides have a solid foundation for communication and broad prospects for cooperation. He expressed the hope that both sides will further strengthen communication, give full play to their respective advantages, establish a long-term cooperation mechanism, and promote project construction and regional development through strong cooperation.

At the event, Wu Jun, Member of the Standing Committee of the Pukou District Party Committee and Executive Deputy District Mayor, and Zhang Zhe, Executive Director of the Large Shield Tunneling Company of China Railway 14th Bureau Group, signed the Strategic Cooperation Intention Agreement on behalf of both sides, specifying further deepening of cooperation in eight areas: upholding Party building leadership, deepening industrial linkage, carrying out project cooperation, promoting scientific and technological innovation, strengthening investment promotion collaboration, improving factor guarantees, strengthening talent cultivation, and establishing a cooperation mechanism.

Heads of relevant units and departments, including the Nanjing Pukou District Development and Reform Commission, the Urban Construction Bureau, Jiangpu Subdistrict, the Central China Regional Headquarters of China Railway 14th Bureau Group, and the Large Shield Tunneling Company, attended the signing.
