On October 26, as the "Moganshan No. 2" shield machine slowly broke through the reserved portal, the right-line shield machine for the section from Moganshan High-tech Zone Station to Qianqiu Square Station of the Hangzhou-Huzhou Deqing Intercity Railway Project—led by China Railway (Shanghai) Investment Group Co., Ltd. and jointly constructed by China Railway No. 8 Engineering Group Co., Ltd.—was successfully received. This marks the third section of the Hangzhou-Deqing Intercity Railway Project to achieve double-line breakthrough, representing substantial progress in underground tunnel construction and laying a solid foundation for the full line's breakthrough!

After departing from Moganshan High-tech Zone Station, the Moqian section runs along the north-south main road of Deqing County. The section is 1,840 meters long, with tunnel cover depth ranging from 11.6 meters to 21.5 meters, and includes three cross passages. The tunnel mainly passes through gravel layers rich in confined water. With numerous buildings along the route and a complex surrounding environment of underground pipelines, construction is difficult and technical standards are demanding. To ensure safe and smooth shield construction, the construction unit carefully organized implementation and scientific planning, established a dedicated shield construction task force, and adhered to systems including leadership duty, expert consultation, dedicated patrols, and intensified monitoring for major risk projects, ensuring the shield machine safely passed beneath the urban main road and successfully achieved the section's double-line breakthrough goal.
