It is necessary to fully understand the important significance of the Gongye North East Extension Project for polishing the "golden signboard" of the 14th Bureau and promoting rolling development in the local area, and to devote themselves to project construction with a higher stance, higher standards, and higher requirements. Second, ensure safety and quality. Earnestly implement the group company's "Three Alls" safety management philosophy, resolutely put an end to "three violations," strengthen quality management, deepen scientific and technological innovation, and build a quality project. Third, make every effort to perform contracts efficiently. Establish the idea of "one chessboard," ensure the construction schedule and progress, and strive for excellence through labor competition. Fourth, improve management level. Focus on the goals of building reputation and creating efficiency, strictly implement "big cost" management, take multiple measures to mobilize employees' enthusiasm for innovation and creation, stimulate the motivation to work and start businesses, and cultivate a new type of workforce with high management level, strong professional ability, and excellent technical quality.

This labor competition is an important measure taken by the Gongye North Road East Extension Command Headquarters in response to the group company's production and operation promotion meeting spirit of "work hard in the fourth quarter, ensure the market through on-site performance." The labor competition lasts a total of 90 days and aims to accelerate construction progress, successfully complete the main line elevated bridge project, and ensure the contract schedule target. The competition put forward the intense work slogan of "polish the brand and create excellence, build Gongye North well and show our image, and vow to win the Luban Award and set up a monument" and the striving goal of "seven comparisons and seven creations."

At the launch ceremony, Zhang Wanguo, Party Working Committee Secretary and Commander of the Gongye North Road East Extension Command Headquarters, read out the "Work Hard for Ninety Days, Ensure Safety, Ensure Quality, and Create Excellence" Labor Competition Implementation Plan; Executive Deputy Commander Qiao Yuanhui issued the labor competition construction plan; and representatives of the work areas made statements.

Responsible persons from the group company's Engineering Management Department, Safety Supervision Department, Shandong Regional Headquarters, and participating units attended the mobilization meeting.
