Recently, the delivery ceremony for the Sunward SWCH780H-165M fully hydraulic crawler pile frame was grandly held at Sunward Industrial City. The equipment will soon be shipped to Hong Kong to participate in a major construction project.

The SWCH780H-165M fully hydraulic crawler pile frame features a mast height of 39 meters, a maximum drilling depth of 32 meters, and a maximum fully equipped weight of 165 tons. It is equipped with a patented high-overlap telescopic chassis with plug-in connections, and is fitted with Sunward's third-generation pile frame cab and integrated intelligent control system. In particular, targeting the heavy weight and high lifting force of deep mixing working devices, it adopts adaptive mast bending moment balancing technology, greatly enhancing the mast's load-bearing capacity. The machine can be equipped with various working devices such as continuous flight augers, hydraulic hammers, down-the-hole hammers, and single-axis or multi-axis mixing drilling rigs, meeting the needs of different pile types and geological construction environments.

Zhu Zhenxin, General Manager of the Foundation Equipment Business Unit, stated that after years of steady progress in the pile frame field, Sunward has accumulated rich technical expertise.
