On October 21, experts, scholars, and engineering technicians from the fields of geotechnical mechanics and geotechnical construction across the country gathered in Hangzhou to attend China Rock 2023 Academic Annual Conference (Hangzhou Central Venue) and the 5th Zhejiang Province Geotechnical Engineering Construction and New Technologies for Underground Structures and Space Utilization Seminar, held with the purpose of "promoting technological development and exchange cooperation in Zhejiang Province's geotechnical construction field and enhancing the nationwide influence of Zhejiang's geotechnical construction theory and technology."
