To the Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureaus of all cities with districts and provinces directly administering counties (cities), the Urban-Rural Development and Transportation Bureau of Ganjiang New Area, and relevant provincial departments (bureaus, group companies):

In accordance with the provisions of the "Measures for the Administration of Construction Methods for Engineering Projects in Jiangxi Province" (Gan Jian Zi [2012] No. 1), following enterprise application, preliminary review by the provincial expert panel for construction method evaluation, and approval by the provincial construction method evaluation committee, 162 items including the "Construction Method for Segmental Prefabrication and Post-Cast Segment Suspended Formwork of Large Cantilever Inverted T-Shaped Bent Caps for Bridges" are proposed to be designated as provincial-level construction methods, of which 35 involve patents and shall be handled in accordance with the relevant provisions of the "Patent Law" (see the attachment for the list). This notice is hereby publicized. If there are any objections to the publicized content, please submit written materials. For unit reports, the official seal of the unit shall be affixed; for individual reports, the reporter shall sign and provide contact information.

The public announcement of provincial-level construction methods is provided free of charge, and we have never authorized or entrusted any other unit to conduct unified public announcement or display activities for provincial-level construction methods. Any such acts are unrelated to this Department and are not connected with the evaluation of provincial-level construction methods. All relevant units are requested to remain vigilant; should such issues arise, please promptly collect evidence and report to this Department.
