Project Background

The Jinan East Railway Station project has a hole depth of 40 meters and a pile diameter of 3 meters for reinforcement, using the MJS construction technique. Four sets of Shanghai Jiuzhuo DJE130C-V/H equipment are working in full swing on the construction site to support the work.

This project has lasted 3 months. Recently, the works were completed on schedule, and Shanghai Jiuzhuo's DJE130C-V/H equipment has been withdrawn from the site upon completion.

During construction, Shanghai Jiuzhuo's after-sales personnel kept close track of on-site conditions and maintained good communication and coordination with the relevant project leaders. They reminded the contractor of gear oil and hydraulic oil replacement times for the main unit and gave construction workers detailed explanations of equipment use and maintenance precautions, ensuring the smooth progress of the Jinan East Railway Station project.

Structurally, a single-stage transmission design has been adopted, giving a compact structure that helps reduce emissions and increase efficiency; a load-sensing pump is used for energy saving and environmental protection; and imported components are adopted.

1) The equipment has the performance to control a wide flow rate range and can design corresponding independent construction plans according to different construction conditions;

2) It features low noise, making it most suitable for construction in urban areas;

3) Instruments and switches are integrated together, making operation very easy;

4) Piston and cylinder lubrication adopts an oil-groove filling method, making it very easy to add oil and keeping the site clean.

After three months of arduous work day and night, with the strong support of leadership and the active cooperation of the customer, the Jinan East Railway Station project was successfully completed. Shanghai Jiuzhuo's excellent equipment and thoughtful service won high recognition and praise from the customer.
