Recently, a delegation from the All-China Railway Federation of Trade Unions visited CRCHI for research. Wang Yong, Director of the Production and Publicity Department of the All-China Railway Federation of Trade Unions, accompanied by Li Rui, Director of the Trade Union Work Department of China Railway Construction Corporation, inspected and studied CRCHI's model worker and craftsman innovation work. 

At CRCHI's First and Second Industrial Parks, Wang Yong and his delegation successively visited the tunnel boring machine production line, the drill-and-blast tunnel equipment production line, the digital command and monitoring center, the original technology source exhibition hall, and the large-diameter shield production workshop. They also listened in detail to a work report by Tan Guangyong, Vice General Manager and Chairman of the Trade Union of CRCHI, on the company's development, as well as the trade union's work in recent years in guiding employees' ideological and political thinking, building the industrial worker workforce, and fostering harmonious labor relations.

Guided by Zhang Shuaikun, a representative of CRCHI's model workers and a National May 1st Labor Medal recipient, Wang Yong also learned in detail about the manufacturing processes, technical highlights, and innovative achievements of the company's developed products.

At the Chen Jianjun Model Worker and Craftsman Talent Innovation Studio, model worker Chen Jianjun introduced a series of achievements made since the studio's establishment in technical breakthroughs, patent applications, and mentorship. The delegation stated that enterprise development and employee growth complement each other: employees contribute wisdom and strength to promoting high-quality enterprise development, while also achieving personal growth and continuous enhancement of self-worth through enterprise development.
