Recently, it was learned from the Dongguan Municipal Development and Reform Bureau (Municipal Major Projects Office) that from January to September this year, Dongguan's major engineering projects completed an investment of 92.616 billion yuan, fulfilling 71.2% of the annual investment task. 160 major new projects broke ground, and 79 major projects were completed and put into operation. In September alone, Dongguan completed an investment of 11.169 billion yuan. Twenty-two projects, including the Dongguan Cross-border E-commerce Qiying Logistics Project (Dongguan Humen Port Qiying Logistics Center Warehousing Area) and the Dongguan Deli Watch Co., Ltd. Watch Intelligent Manufacturing Project, broke ground, while 10 projects, including the Dongguan Maternal and Child Health Hospital Expansion Project, were completed and put into operation. Dongguan Cross-border E-commerce Qiying Logistics Project
The Dongguan Cross-border E-commerce Qiying Logistics Project (Dongguan Humen Port Qiying Logistics Center Warehousing Area) covers an area of about 200 mu, with a building area of about 400,000 square meters. It mainly involves the construction of logistics warehouses, an elevated truck ramp platform, and a comprehensive building. The project has a total investment of 2 billion yuan, broke ground in September this year, and is expected to be completed and put into operation in 2026.

Dongguan Deli Watch Co., Ltd. Watch Intelligent Manufacturing Project
The Dongguan Deli Watch Co., Ltd. Watch Intelligent Manufacturing Project covers an area of 63 mu, with a building area of about 180,000 square meters. It mainly involves building the Deli company headquarters base, engaged in the R&D, design, production, and sales of watches and smart wearable products. The project has a total investment of 700 million yuan, broke ground in September this year, and is expected to be completed and put into operation in 2027.

Dongguan Yijian Industrial Co., Ltd. Electroacoustic Manufacturing Headquarters Project
The Dongguan Yijian Industrial Co., Ltd. Electroacoustic Manufacturing Headquarters Project covers an area of 28 mu, with a building area of 56,500 square meters. It mainly involves the construction of factory buildings, dormitory buildings, and supporting facilities, and plans to purchase automatic lathes, vertical molding machines, and other machinery. The project has a total investment of 350 million yuan, broke ground in September this year, and is expected to be completed and put into operation in 2025.

Dongguan Maternal and Child Health Hospital Expansion Project
The Dongguan Maternal and Child Health Hospital Expansion Project covers an area of 79 mu, with a building area of about 60,000 square meters. It mainly involves the construction of a new maternity center building and a parking building. The project has a total investment of 390 million yuan, broke ground in 2020, and was completed in September this year.

Meisha Bridge and Connecting Line Project
The Meisha Bridge and Connecting Line Project is located in the central area of Shuixiang New Town, starting from Menqianhai Small Bridge in the west and ending at Wanghong Road in the east, with a total length of 1,123 meters. It is an urban main road, of which the Meisha Bridge has a total length of 591 meters and adopts a steel box tied-arch bridge structure. The project has a total investment of 327 million yuan, broke ground in 2021, and was completed and opened to use in September this year.
