Construction Tender Announcement for Section TJ01 of the 320 National Highway Longyou Tongjia to Pingshanqiao Highway Project (Project Name)

IV. Project Overview:

The project route starts at the southwest side of Tongjia Village, Longyou County, forming an intersection with the terminus of the Huzhen to Tongjia Highway. The route runs from east to west, passing through Jietou Village and Xixu Village, then near Yacun Village a diamond interchange is set to cross over the Li-Ning Expressway connector. The route is laid out along Yacun, Tangwu, and Shaomache; after crossing over the Li-Ning Expressway, it continues along Shupeng Village, Hulingshan, and Xiawengfan, with a bridge set to cross over the Hushi Line, then passes through Shuangzhai to near Xintangdi, where it uses the reserved bridge of the Quzhou-Lishui Railway to pass underneath the Quzhou-Lishui Railway. Thereafter the route runs from north to south through Humen to the north side of Xihoushantou, where it connects with the existing Pintuan Highway, is widened along the Pintuan Highway, and is widened on the right side at the Tuanshi Separated Bridge and Wangchuantou Bridge to cross over the Hangzhou-Jinhua-Quzhou Expressway and the Qujiang Waterway, reaching the terminus near Pingshanqiao Village on the 320 National Highway, where it connects with the Longyou Pingshanqiao to Qujiang Pingtang Section of the 320 National Highway. The total route length is approximately 18.95 km. The entire line includes bridges of approximately 2,197 m in 16 structures (including approximately 1,555 m in 5 major bridges and approximately 642 m in 11 medium and small bridges); one interchange (grade-separated junction) and one at-grade intersection with directional ramps.
