During the National Day holiday, from urban communities to vast rural areas, from production frontlines to tourist attractions, many people stood fast at their posts and made silent contributions, spending the festival in hard work and building new achievements through striving and practical effort.

On the calm and boundless waters of Huangmaohai, at the self-built wharf of SANY Marine Heavy Industry's Zhuhai Industrial Park, nearly 40 large port machinery units are undergoing final commissioning and are about to be loaded and shipped to multiple large ports at home and abroad. In the smart manufacturing plant behind the wharf, six automated production lines are running at full capacity, robotic arms rise and fall in succession, sparks fly from automated welding islands, and products such as electric reach stackers, electric empty container handlers, and electric terminal tractors are in intensive production.‍

Over the past five years, SANY Marine's sales have maintained an average annual growth of more than 40%. Since the beginning of this year, the full product line has maintained rapid growth: sales of small port machinery rose 47% year on year, with both domestic sales and exports firmly ranking first in the industry; sales of large port machinery rose 42% year on year, signed orders rose 41% year on year, and market share is growing rapidly.

To ensure on-schedule, quality delivery of orders and to guarantee sustained operation of customers' equipment, during the National Day holiday, led by the heads of departments at all levels, nearly 2,000 employees stood fast on the production frontline of the industrial park every day, and more than 100 service engineers stood fast at posts across various locations, demonstrating the true character of strivers.

To ensure orderly production, a group of management cadres became leaders and took the lead by example, demonstrating the true character of strivers, including Yuan Qianlong, head of the Operations Division; Yang Guibin, head of Small Port Machinery Manufacturing; Guo Qian, head of Large Port Machinery Manufacturing; and Zhu Chunchao, head of the Quality Assurance Department.
