IV. Project Overview:

Tianjin Jinnan Hospital Phase II Expansion Project, with a construction scale of 134,000 square meters. The total floor area of this project is 134,000 square meters, including 85,000 square meters above ground and 49,000 square meters underground. The construction content mainly includes demolishing the temporary buildings on the west side within the Phase II expansion scope and part of the original parking lot on the northeast side, with a demolition area of 20,300 square meters; constructing a new second inpatient building, a comprehensive building, an infectious disease department (fever clinic), ancillary buildings, and outdoor works within the newly added Phase II land parcel; and constructing a new underground garage, guardhouse, etc. within the original land scope. Public works include water supply and drainage works, HVAC works, gas works, and power supply works. The total investment is 1,495.7688 million RMB.

V. Planned Construction Period:December 01, 2023 to November 30, 2026
