DGZ-150S Multi-pipe Horizontal Jet Grouting Drilling Rig

Xitan Equipment: The DGZ-150S multi-pipe horizontal jet grouting drilling rig is widely used in foundation reinforcement engineering, water-seepage cutoff and leak-plugging works, soft ground treatment, and geological disaster mitigation projects for various industrial and civil buildings, including urban underground spaces, subways, highways, bridges, roadbeds, and dam foundations.

The rig can flexibly perform multi-pipe vertical/horizontal construction with drill rod diameters ranging from 89 to 142 mm, and can also be used for general jet grouting construction (including swing jetting and fixed jetting). In addition, it is equipped with a 3-ton boom, effectively reducing the labor intensity of construction personnel.

Performance Features

1. The automatic swing jetting device can be set to any swing angle as required.

2. The lower clamp adopts a floating four-jaw design, ensuring uniform clamping force without damaging the drilling tools.

3. Suitable for construction beneath bridges and inside tunnels, facilitating equipment relocation.

4. Supported by 4-point hydraulic outriggers, enabling step-by-step movement of the hydraulic outriggers.

5. Equipped with a visual interface that allows posture adjustment based on construction parameters and real-time setting of the rotary/lifting speed of the power head.

6. Equipped with a 3-ton boom, effectively reducing the labor intensity of construction personnel.
