At 13:30 on September 21, 2023, the Bauer Tianjin in-house exhibition officially opened! The exhibition lasted half a day. Bauer invited professional customers from all over the country to visit its "home." Technical experts from the German headquarters, technical experts from Bauer China, and sales and after-sales staff exchanged views with customers on the latest construction technologies, shared construction experience, and renewed friendships.

The products exhibited included: the BCS 185 double-wheel trench cutter, the BCS 125 trench cutter meeting China IV emission standards, the BG 30 rotary drilling rig, the BG 36 rotary drilling rig equipped with a silent drill pipe, the BG 42 and BG 42 XL rotary drilling rigs, the GB 50 and GB 80 S hydraulic grabs; as well as the CSM 35 double-wheel deep mixing equipment, the BG 38 rotary drilling rig, the BCS 40 double-wheel trench cutter and other equipment. It is worth mentioning that the BG 42 XL rotary drilling rig among the exhibits was displayed for the first time.

Mr. Jochen Grundmann, Board Member of the German Bauer Group, delivered a speech at the opening ceremony. He thanked all the guests for attending the exhibition and stated that the German headquarters has always been confident in the development of China's foundation construction equipment market.

In his speech, Mr. Dieter Stetter, President of Bauer Far East Region, mentioned that for many years Bauer has been committed to reducing fuel consumption and improving construction efficiency. We can proudly say that Bauer's EEP high-efficiency energy-saving system has reduced equipment fuel consumption by 30%, increased work efficiency by 15%, and greatly lowered the excavation cost per cubic meter of material. Mr. Stetter expressed great gratitude to customers for their support of Bauer, because they not only focus on investment costs but also understand the total operating cost of equipment very well. Bauer will do its utmost to provide customers with high-quality products and considerate service.

Mr. Cui Xu, President of Bauer China, delivered a speech, welcoming all the guests and introducing the latest Bauer China strategy to them.

After the speeches, Mr. Liu Minghu from CCCC Highway Consultants Co., Ltd. gave a presentation to the guests on the practice and prospects of bridge diaphragm wall foundation engineering. The goal of building a transportation powerhouse and the innovation-driven development strategy have imposed requirements on new structures and new technologies for bridge engineering. The report elaborated on four aspects: the development and structural types of bridge diaphragm wall foundations, the practice and exploration of bridge diaphragm wall foundation engineering, the prospects and recommendations for diaphragm wall foundations, and the path to realizing the development of fully diaphragm wall foundations.

Mr. Bi Yuanshun, Senior Technical Consultant of Bauer Far East Group, introduced technologies such as Bauer secant piles, rigid joints for diaphragm walls, and SCM large-diameter single-axis mixing piles. Combined with a large number of construction case photos, he enabled everyone to clearly understand the characteristics of Bauer equipment and construction methods.

Mr. Wang Liusong, Deputy General Manager of Bauer Shanghai, introduced Bauer's product line and new products to the guests. The development trend of Bauer equipment is: more efficient! smarter! more low-carbon! Only sustainability leads to development. He particularly highlighted a series of latest products such as the new rotary drilling rig, the Bauer BCS 185 trench cutter, the cube trench cutter, and the silent drill pipe.

Mr. Zhang Xiaoyang, a customer representative from Jiangsu Tongzhou Foundation Engineering Co., Ltd., gave a presentation titled "Fine Management, Differentiated Competition, Professional Construction." Combining the development history of the company's equipment and construction cases, he demonstrated the conclusion that management generates benefits.

Mr. Fu Zhong, Manager of Bauer China's Engineering Department, introduced the application of Bauer products and construction methods in different construction projects, explained how Bauer's CSM process is used in cutoff wall and retaining wall projects, and shared construction cases of the diaphragm wall project in the north area of Beijing Lize Business District and the first project using the BCS 185 double-wheel trench cutter.

Mr. Li Jianbo, Director of After-Sales Service of Bauer China, introduced Bauer China's service support to the on-site guests. Bauer's professional service lets users operate their machines worry-free, and value-added services can help users better utilize equipment and reduce costs.

The photo shows the Bauer BG 42 XL rotary drilling rig, exhibited in China for the first time.

Multiple signing ceremonies were held in the equipment display area, with contracts signed for more than 10 pieces of Bauer equipment in total.

Bauer's technical personnel introduced to the guests present, one by one, the features of the exhibited equipment and the suitable processes and construction methods.

At 6 p.m., Mr. Marc Scheib, Executive Director of Bauer China, delivered a speech, and the Bavarian Night with traditional German flair, long awaited by customers and employees, officially began!

At the Bavarian Night, in addition to traditional German Oktoberfest songs performed by a live band and German-style dance performances, there were specialty dishes such as German sausages, and of course beer was indispensable. Bauer employees also dressed in traditional Bavarian costumes to add to the festive atmosphere. Guests and Bauer employees danced joyfully together, pushing the atmosphere to a climax as everyone immersed themselves in this enthusiastic and laughter-filled ambiance.
