The Three-Standard System operates on a three-year cycle, and Zhenzhong has successfully maintained its Three-Standard System certification for over twenty years. The certification of the Three-Standard System marks a new step forward for the company in refined, institutionalized, and standardized management.

On September 14, a delegation of experts from the center visited Zhenzhong and jointly held the annual surveillance audit meeting with relevant functional departments and production managers. Through on-site document review, discussions and exchanges, data review, record verification, and on-site inspections, the audit experts conducted a detailed and comprehensive audit and inspection of the actual operation of the "Quality Management System," and unanimously concluded that Zhenzhong's system documents comply with relevant national standards. The company once again successfully passed the "Quality Management System Certification" surveillance audit, successfully completing the annual surveillance audit work for the "2021-2024 Quality Management System Certification."

This surveillance audit served as a "health check" of the company's "Quality Management System" construction and operational effectiveness. Zhenzhong will take this opportunity to dig inward and extend outward, continue to strengthen organizational leadership, standardize management manuals, reinforce the standard management system, and strictly implement internal management audits, further advancing the management and operation of the "ISO Three Systems," making quality, environmental, and occupational health and safety management more standardized and professional, continuously improving and enhancing the company's comprehensive management level, and providing strong support for the company's high-quality development.‍

ISO9001 Quality Management System Certification is a concept proposed by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) in 1987, referring to the series of international standards on quality management and quality assurance developed by ISO/TC176 (the ISO Technical Committee on Quality Management and Quality Assurance).

This standard is universally applicable worldwide and is by far the most mature and authoritative management system and standard in the world, serving as the foundation of enterprise development and growth. Enterprises that pass this certification standard have demonstrated that their integrated management systems have reached international standards, meet international market access requirements, and have the ability to stably and continuously provide customers with qualified products and services that meet expected standards.‍

ISO14001 Environmental Management System Certification is an environmental management system standard developed by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO).

ISO14001 certification is applicable to any organization, including enterprises, institutions, and relevant government units. Certification demonstrates that the organization has reached the international level in environmental management and can ensure that the control of various pollutants in the enterprise's processes, products, and activities meets relevant requirements.‍

On March 12, 2018, the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) officially released the occupational health and safety management system standard ISO45001:2018 "Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems — Requirements with Guidance for Use." The International Accreditation Forum (IAF) also put forward the requirement to apply ISO45001 as a certification standard in the field of occupational health and safety management. ISO45001 provides a framework for managing occupational health and safety risks to prevent work-related employee injuries and health damage and to provide safe and healthy workplaces. The standard maintains the same structure as other ISO management system standards, which facilitates users' integration of management systems.
