Guyuan City continues to deepen the reform of the engineering construction project approval system, comprehensively promoting the "multi-matter integration" reform, merging the six categories of matters respectively involved in "construction project planning permits" and "construction project construction permits" into one category, implementing integrated approval and unified certificate issuance, exploring online intelligent approval services for engineering construction projects, and achieving a reduction in the approval time limit for engineering construction projects from the statutory 120 working days to 60 calendar days, achieving a matter streamlining rate of 66.7% and a 63% reduction in approval time, providing convenient and efficient services for the rapid approval and implementation of construction projects in accordance with regulations.
