Foreword

The Fuzhou Xiangshan Tunnel Widening and Reconstruction Project (Section 1) starts at Meifeng Branch Road Intersection, extends from north to south through Xiangshan Tunnel, Fangqin West Road, and ends at Mengshan Road Intersection, with a total length of approximately 1.18 km. This project is an important node of the West Second Ring traffic artery. The widening and reconstruction improves the traffic node function in the western urban area of Fuzhou, enables fast and orderly conversion of the Second Ring traffic flow, and enhances road traffic safety.
