01. Drilling rigs and pumps

Shanghai Jiuzhuo's two high-tech achievements, the "High-Pressure Grouting Pump" and the "Omnidirectional High-Pressure Jet Grouting Drilling Rig," successfully received authoritative recognition as a "Shanghai High-Tech Achievement Transformation Project," standing out among brands and representing Shanghai's full recognition and affirmation of Shanghai Jiuzhuo's long-term work in the field of electromechanical equipment automation technology.

2. Shanghai Jiuzhuo's DJE130V/H omnidirectional high-pressure jet grouting drilling rig participated in the construction of Zhengzhou Metro Line 3, helping Zhengzhou strive to build a metro for people's livelihood, a quality metro, a smart metro, and a benchmark metro.

02. Welding robots

3. Shanghai Jiuzhuo successfully developed China's first practical automatic welding robot. Using a laser automatic positioning system, it can automatically move horizontally and vertically to locate welding points and perform full-section welding of the circumferential seams of steel ring reinforcement in tunnels, attracting widespread attention from major media.

4. As a typical example of high-end automated manufacturing, Shanghai Jiuzhuo's new truss welding robot became the "face" of the Phase IV expansion project of Pudong Airport, appearing on Shanghai News Channel's "Xinwen Lianbo" program and attracting widespread attention.

During the 2022 Spring Festival travel rush, Shanghai Jiuzhuo's metro tunnel steel ring welding robot went fully into action, replacing welders to carry out reinforcement construction in the tunnel section of Oriental Sports Center Station on Shanghai Metro Line 6, safeguarding everyone's travel.

6. Shanghai Jiuzhuo's semi-automatic tunnel steel ring reinforcement manipulator provides maintenance support for the safe operation of Suzhou Rail Transit.

03. Hydraulic jacks

7. Shanghai Jiuzhuo's synchronous jacking control system, hydraulic jacks, and other equipment ventured to the Arctic Circle to participate in the Yamal LNG project, providing effective support for the departure of modules.

8. Shanghai Jiuzhuo's weighing system traveled to the United States to participate in the construction of a large polyethylene production facility in Beaumont, Texas.
