Upon completion, the project will continue the city's cultural heritage, enhance the city's cultural taste, shape the city's landscape features, drive the development of related industrial chains, boost local economic development, and enhance the region's industrial competitiveness.

Life and Health Industrial Park: The project mainly constructs 1 exhibition center, 1 pilot testing platform, 2 talent apartments, 22 scientific research office buildings, etc. Upon completion, the project will focus on the theme of ecology, biology, and life health development, gather international scientific and technological innovation resources, empower industrial development in the era of technology, create a beautiful habitat for humanity, build a future eco-type science city oriented toward the life economy era, and become a new core for high-quality development across the province and an international sub-regional source of scientific and technological innovation.

Changchun Film and Television Cultural and Creative Incubation Park Phase II: The project mainly constructs a film and television study base and an ice and snow experience photography base. Upon completion, it will integrate five major functions—culture, tourism, commerce, business, and residential living—becoming a new benchmark for the city's commercial industry and a cultural tourism destination, and promoting the development of commerce, trade, and cultural tourism industries in the Changchun International Film Capital.

Automobile Comprehensive Service Industrial Park: The project mainly constructs a used car showroom, auction hall, luxury car management center, new car showroom, children's service center, vehicle management office, customs free trade center, comprehensive maintenance service center, etc. Upon completion, it will become the most distinctive new-type automobile service industrial park in southeastern Changchun.

Film and Television Cultural and Creative Incubation Park: The project mainly constructs 18 buildings, including teaching and training bases for college students and adults, and film and television cultural and creative incubation bases. After commissioning, some buildings in the park are planned to cooperate with Jilin Animation Institute; the remaining buildings will be used for regional investment promotion to attract upstream and downstream film and television industries to settle in, creating an industry-university-research integrated park and supporting the development of the film, television, and cultural tourism industries in Jingyue High-tech Zone.

Film and Television Industrial Park: The project mainly constructs a film translation industry incubation center, a digital film distribution industry incubation center, a film and television creation industry incubation center, and a digital copyright and digital restoration industry incubation center. Upon completion, it will build a full film and television industry chain, cultivate new formats of film and television culture, and construct a modern film and television industry cluster.

Automobile Electronics Intelligent Manufacturing Industrial Park Project: Mainly constructs production workshops, warehouses, and supporting facilities. Upon completion, the project will meet the continuously growing production needs of Continental AG in China, Asia, and global OEM customers, and further boost the development of the automobile parts industry in Jilin Province.

Jiyu Rental Housing Project: Mainly constructs 15 buildings, including 13 affordable rental housing buildings, 1 kindergarten, and 1 building for supporting elderly care and property service rooms.
