四川省当前政府信息公开工作要点涉及行政审批信息公开、公共资源交易信息公开、财政预算决算和“三公”经费公开、保障性住房信息公开、食品药品安全信息公开、环境保护信息公开、安全生产信息公开、价格和收费信息公开、征地拆迁信息公开、以教育为重点的公共企事业单位信息公开等十项。
在推进财政预算决算和“三公”经费公开方面，2013年省、市、县要全面公开本级财政总预决算信息，启动省级部门决算公开。
各级部门应逐步细化充实出国团组、出访人数、出访地点和车辆购置的数量、车型、价格、保有量等信息内容。2013年将启动公开市（州）本级部门“三公”经费，争取2015年省、市、县全部公开“三公”经费。同时省本级国有资本经营支出预算在2014年按款级科目公开。
