From August 9 to 10, Wu Chunqiu, Deputy Party Secretary and General Manager of CABR Foundation, led a team to the Greater Bay Area for research and exchange.

On the afternoon of August 9, the research team held a discussion and exchange with the Guangzhou Branch of Changjiang Design Company (hereinafter referred to as "Changjiang Design Guangzhou Company"). Peng Shaocai, Party Branch Secretary and General Manager of Changjiang Design Guangzhou Company, Mu Chunxia, Deputy General Manager, and Peng Liangquan, Chief Engineer, attended the exchange meeting. On the morning of August 10, the research team went to the Guangdong Provincial Academy of Building Research (hereinafter referred to as "Guangdong ABR") for research and exchange, and visited the Luogang R&D Center of Guangdong ABR. Fu Chao, Leader of the Fourth Comprehensive Supervision Group of the Discipline Inspection Commission of Guangdong Construction Engineering Group, Xie Xiaofeng, Deputy General Manager of Guangdong ABR, and heads of relevant departments participated in the exchange activities. Xie Xiaofeng gave a detailed introduction to Guangdong ABR's reform and development, capital operations, technological innovation, and services to the government. Wu Chunqiu introduced the basic situation of China Academy of Building Research and CABR Foundation, as well as the company's achievements in standards and specifications, technology research and development, industry organizations, and market development. Both sides stated that in the future they will continue to carry forward the fine tradition of cooperation between the two academies, strengthen cooperation in the field of foundations, and achieve complementary advantages.

On the afternoon of August 10, the research team went to the Dongguan Academy of Building Research (hereinafter referred to as "Dongguan ABR") for research. Zhang Tongwei, President of Dongguan ABR, Zhou Shudong, Vice President, and heads of relevant departments participated in the research. The research team inspected the construction of information-based and intelligent platforms such as smart construction sites and automated monitoring developed by Dongguan ABR. The two sides conducted in-depth exchanges on current cooperation and stated that they will subsequently increase cooperation in areas such as project development, technological innovation, and standard formulation.

Yao Zhiquan, General Manager of the Greater Bay Area Branch of CABR Foundation, Zhao Qi, Deputy General Manager, and Liu Shidan, Chairman of Zhejiang Xingdi Internet Technology Co., Ltd., a partner company of the company, participated in the research. During the period, they extended greetings and conducted inspections at the company's projects under construction in the Greater Bay Area, and also exchanged views at the Shenzhen Branch of China Academy of Building Research.
