Recently, Yang Dongsheng, Chairman and Party Secretary of XCMG Group and XCMG Machinery, visited the United States to gain an in-depth understanding of XCMG's development in the country. He stated that XCMG will further increase its investment in the U.S. market, accelerate the integrated development of XCMG's U.S. operations, and work with partners to drive rapid business growth.

During his stay in the U.S., Yang Dongsheng held a strategic planning and outlook meeting on local R&D capabilities in the U.S., as well as a symposium with local U.S. employees and dealer representatives. He listened to progress and planning reports from teams covering R&D, service, sales, market analysis, and financial leasing, affirmed the progress of XCMG's U.S. team, and required everyone to operate in compliance with world-class corporate standards, be qualified community members, unite and collaborate, overcome difficulties with perseverance, and truly create value for local customers.
Yang Dongsheng stated that XCMG attaches great importance to the U.S. market and will further increase its attention to and support for its development in the U.S. He expressed the hope that the U.S. R&D Center will work closely with sales and marketing, focus on key breakthroughs, and properly pace product introductions. The U.S. Research Institute should not only be responsible for the adaptability and reliability of products launched in the North American market, but also take responsibility for the full product lifecycle and the maintenance and application of data, ensuring that every product introduced into the U.S. succeeds.

In addition, Yang Dongsheng provided guidance on the overall positioning, functional zoning, and subsequent renovation of XCMG's U.S. headquarters campus. He stated that the construction of XCMG's U.S. headquarters fully demonstrates XCMG's determination to expand in the U.S. market and also strengthens the confidence of XCMG's U.S. partners. He required accelerating the commissioning and functional improvement of XCMG's U.S. headquarters, and using this as an opportunity to accelerate the integrated development of XCMG's U.S. operations.

Yang Dongsheng also held a symposium with representatives of XCMG dealers in the U.S. The dealer representatives expressed full confidence in the XCMG brand and products and a strong willingness to cooperate. Yang Dongsheng expressed gratitude to the dealer representatives for their trust in XCMG and their contributions to XCMG's development in the U.S. market. He stated that XCMG will unswervingly support dealer development, build training centers and a central spare parts warehouse, and focus on increasing support for dealers in training, service, and spare parts. He expressed the hope that XCMG and U.S. dealers will cooperate sincerely, grow together, and drive the rapid development of XCMG's business in the U.S.
