All contents shown in the tender drawings and bills of quantities, including foundation and substructure works, main structure works, building decoration and renovation works, building roofing works, building water supply and drainage and heating works, ventilation and air conditioning works, building electrical works, intelligent building systems works, building energy-saving works, elevator works, and outdoor municipal works.

Lot 1: Estimated contract price 535 million (RMB 10,000)

Lot 2: Estimated contract price 716 million (RMB 10,000)

VI. Planned Construction Period:

Lot 1: 624 calendar days

Lot 2: 953 calendar days

VII. Obtaining of Tender Documents:

Any party interested in participating and meeting the qualification requirements specified in Clause 3.1 of this chapter (any party that has confirmed its bid through the above) may, from (planned) 17:00:00 on August 14, 2023 to 9:00:00 on August 21, 2023, log in to the electronic platform (website: www.bcactc.com) using a digital identity authentication key remotely or at the tendering and bidding transaction venue to download the prequalification documents.
