2023年6月中旬，由上海远方参建的内蒙古中医医院新建综合治疗楼建设项目正式动土施工，本项目采用800mm厚地下连续墙作为围护结构，是内蒙古自治区内首次在房建施工领域应用地下连续墙施工技术。
本项目工期紧凑，场地狭小，极其考验项目团队组织策划、任务分配和计划落实的管理能力。项目团队综合考虑项目设备配置和技术、施工团队的人员结构后，合理布置场地，科学策划施工方案，在有限的施工场地内，多工序交叉施工，将施工效率提升到最优状态，实际施工进度长期领先于计划工期进度。
