Jointly building the pile foundation project for the new Yunnan Maternal and Child Health Hospital

The new Yunnan Maternal and Child Health Hospital project was included in the "National Major Project Construction Database" and Yunnan Province's "Four Hundred" construction projects in 2021. It covers an area of about 72.96 mu, with a total construction area of 175,989.1 square meters and a total investment of about 1,329.3798 million yuan. Construction started in March 2023. The foundation pit support piles and water-stop piles have now been completed, and engineering pile construction is underway. The main structure is scheduled to be topped out in July 2024, with completion acceptance by the end of 2025.

The project contractor is Yunnan Construction and Investment Third Construction Co., Ltd. Engineering pile construction is currently underway, and there are 14 SANY rotary drilling rigs on site.
The total project duration is 990 days. The engineering piles are 80-meter-deep piles with a diameter of 0.8 meters. The site is located in the urban area, so construction work is subject to time restrictions. To ensure the project is completed on schedule, the client requires that all pile foundation work use SANY equipment. A single SANY machine can drill 230 meters in 14 hours, from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m., and SANY equipment's construction performance is highly recognized by the client.
