5月19日，由第一直管部承建的惠悦城项目桩基子分部工程顺利通过验收。
在住建局的监督下，验收组对惠悦城项目桩基工程进行了全面的检查验收，验收组一致认定本桩基工程严格按照施工图纸及工程建设标准施工，工程质量符合设计以及规范要求，工程资料齐全，满足验收规范要求，同意验收。
惠悦城项目位于昆明市盘龙区青云街道虹桥路。项目规划总用地面积为 15043.82 平方米（22.57 亩），拟建建筑物为两栋28层、30层的办公楼，设 2～3 层的商业裙楼，拟设四层地下室。本工程基础设计等级为甲级，基础形式为桩基础，桩型为旋挖钻孔灌注桩。
