In the extra-large shield tunneling machine production workshop, a certain railway project has completed final assembly and power-on, and is about to enter the commissioning stage.

An open-type TBM for a certain tunnel project is being assembled. This is an open-type TBM suitable for unfavorable geology such as fault fracture zones, large deformation of soft rock, sudden water inrush, and low gas. To meet customer needs on time and with high quality, CRCC Heavy Industry has arranged quality personnel to stay on site for guidance, process engineers to continuously optimize processes, and team backbones to work double shifts to expedite production, driving efficient project production.

In the workshop, several 9-meter-class shield tunneling machines are also being disassembled and are about to be shipped. At present, the tunneling machine projects online simultaneously are fully loaded, workstations are operating at full capacity, production has reached its peak, and the scene is bustling.

In the special equipment production workshop, a certain rock bolt trolley project has newly put forward a series of new function and technical improvement requirements, and the team needs to complete assembly, commissioning, painting, warehousing, and shipping in a short time. To ensure customer needs, the team has launched a "day-night alternating" mode to methodically complete equipment modification.

A certain bolter miner project likewise requires completion of commissioning, acceptance, and shipment in a short time. Faced with urgent tasks, the special equipment teams work day and night, throwing themselves into production and supply support.

Since May, orders for CRCC Heavy Industry's three-boom rock drilling jumbos have increased rapidly, and both the booms and chassis of the products adopt entirely new structures and components.

In the key component manufacturing workshop, the overall welding of the cutterhead body of the 14.8-meter slurry balance shield tunneling machine for a certain railway project has been completed, and the team is carrying out welding of cutterhead components such as second-stage cutter seats and cutting tools.
