XCMG Foundation made a major appearance with its newly upgraded F-series horizontal directional drilling rigs and XDN-R series pipe jacking machines, occupying the largest indoor exhibition area at the show, with crowds thronging its booth.

At the exhibition site, the XCMG F-series horizontal directional drilling rigs were unveiled for the first time, featuring the fully upgraded XZ380F, the XZ600F that adapts perfectly to both soft and hard strata, and the safe and intelligent XZ3000F, each with numerous highlights.

Strong Human-Machine Interaction, Lower Costs and Higher Efficiency

The new F-series horizontal directional drilling rigs feature a rational human-machine layout with control devices reaching over 95% accessibility, one-button rod loading/unloading, one-button breakout, simplifying operation procedures, improving operating efficiency, and reducing operator fatigue.

High safety: automatic deceleration of the power head's forward and backward positions reduces impact; semi-automatic and power head interlocking prevents misoperation, effectively avoiding mechanical collision between the power head and the semi-automatic system. Energy saving and cost reduction: mud flow can be started and stopped automatically, and actual construction applications have verified a 30% savings in mud flow. Engine power adapts automatically, with preset automatic idle, and added extreme-load control, saving 10% in fuel costs.

Intelligent Construction, Safe and Reliable

Addressing industry pain points such as long-distance construction and prolonged reaming that easily lead to misoperation and construction risks, XCMG Foundation's horizontal directional drilling rigs have been upgraded with automatic drilling and back-reaming, capable of presetting safe torque according to construction needs, and equipped with a control system that self-learns according to construction strata, with real-time memory, recall, and monitoring of construction parameters from the previous stage, truly achieving safety protection and automated construction.

In addition to horizontal directional drilling rigs, the XDN-R series rock pipe jacking machines exhibited this time have achieved qualitative improvements in jacking and mucking. The series models feature high cutterhead torque, high-frequency speed increase, and stronger adaptability to working conditions; the multi-mode mud circulation system enables efficient mucking in different strata, resulting in higher construction efficiency. Meanwhile, XCMG pipe jacking machines are also equipped with data storage and remote control systems, providing data support for remote fault diagnosis and construction review.

With brand-new products, cutting-edge technologies, and innovative services, XCMG Foundation attracted nearly 10,000 booth visits at this trenchless exhibition, not only securing a full slate of orders but also providing an opportunity for old friends to reunite and new friends to meet.

XCMG Foundation was awarded the honorary title of "15-Year Quality Enterprise" by the exhibition organizer; the XDN2400-R high-efficiency rock pipe jacking machine for complex strata and the XZ1100 horizontal directional drilling rig received the "Excellent Product Award"; and the "Torque-Adaptive Automatic Cruise Construction Technology" was recognized with the "Excellent Technology Award".
