昨日开工的G320贵昆路（长水机场至嵩明杨林经济技术开发区道路）改扩建工程就将作为昆明北部及嵩明县连接昆明长水国际机场及空港经济区的主要市政道路，它将是老G320（大板桥段）升级改造的延伸，也是机场北部高速路网的组成部分。
该工程起于哨关公路（空港1号路），止于官军路与G320交叉处，全长近14公里，将建设为宽60米，双向八车道，设计时速60公里的城市主干道。其中11公里多由昆明市交通运输局负责建设，局长王忠介绍，该工程预计工期10个月。
