Recently, the official website of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development (MOHURD) published the Announcement on the Approval of the List of Construction Engineering Enterprises' Qualifications for the Second Batch of 2023.

Construction qualification announcement: 109 enterprises, 109 qualifications (including 5 special-grade general contractors for building construction and 9 first-grade general contractors for building construction)

In accordance with the Construction Law of the People's Republic of China and the relevant provisions on the administration of qualifications of construction engineering enterprises, the list of units approved by this Ministry for engineering survey qualifications, engineering design qualifications, construction enterprise qualifications, and engineering supervision enterprise qualifications (Second Batch of 2023) is hereby published. Units not approved and the reasons may be checked by logging into the portal website of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development—Government Service Platform, and clicking the "Application Processing Progress Inquiry (Acceptance and Certificate Issuance Information Inquiry)" column in the service section.
