Kunming Junlong Geotechnical Engineering Co., Ltd. holds a Grade I qualification for specialized contracting in foundation and foundation engineering, a Grade I qualification for specialized contracting in waterproofing, anti-corrosion and thermal insulation engineering, a Grade II qualification for specialized contracting in tunnel engineering, and Grade III general contracting qualifications for water conservancy and hydropower engineering construction, municipal public works construction, building construction, and highway engineering construction. It also holds a Grade A qualification for geotechnical engineering design and a Grade B qualification for geotechnical engineering investigation. Its main business covers the investigation, design and construction of high-slope and deep foundation pit support works; the construction of foundation and foundation engineering, tunnel engineering, water conservancy and hydropower engineering, building engineering, highway engineering, and municipal public works; and technology research and development, technical consulting, and technology transfer. The company was recognized as a Yunnan Province technology-based small and medium-sized enterprise in 2015 and 2021; as a national high-tech enterprise and a Yunnan Province innovative pilot enterprise in 2016 and 2019; and as a Yunnan Province growth-oriented small and medium-sized enterprise in 2017.

Building on valuable design and construction experience, the company continues to innovate and has successively won one second prize of the Yunnan Provincial Science and Technology Progress Award; obtained 4 invention patents, 36 utility model patents, 1 design patent, and 37 software copyrights; and obtained 16 provincial-level construction methods in Yunnan Province. 

Guided by its core values of "people first, harmony as the foundation, integrity foremost," the company has united its efforts. At its founding, it completed the integrated certification of quality, environment, and occupational health management systems covering investigation, design, and construction, and has maintained this for more than ten years. Advancing through constant summarization and continuous improvement, it has completed more than 250 engineering projects across five provinces and regions in Southwest China. It has also completed projects including soft foundation treatment for the capacity expansion and renovation of the Sichuan Dacheng Railway, soft foundation treatment for the Huashan Station of the Zhengzhou-Xi'an Railway Passenger Dedicated Line, soft foundation treatment for the Weiyang section of the Zhengzhou-Xi'an Railway Passenger Dedicated Line, and soft foundation treatment for the Baoding Station of the Beijing-Shijiazhuang Railway Passenger Dedicated Line. Its constructed projects have won 3 National Quality Engineering Silver Awards and 2 first prizes of the Yunnan Provincial Quality Engineering Award; its investigation and design projects have won 1 third prize in engineering investigation at the National Excellent Engineering Investigation and Design Awards, as well as 3 first prizes, 10 second prizes, and 9 third prizes at the Yunnan Provincial Excellent Engineering Investigation and Design Awards.
