"What I inspect is the internal organs of the rotary drilling rig. Its pressure and rotational speed must be debugged and confirmed one by one. Performance inspection is an important gate before a product enters the market. I must ensure that the products I inspect have no problems in the market and can do a good job for customers!"

As an assembly and debugging inspector for XCMG piling products, Li Qingqing has always kept in mind that he must be a qualified and excellent "physical examination doctor." He said it, and he has done it!
Rigorous "Medical Practice": Grasping Efficiency and Improving Quality
"The first half of every year is my busiest time, but the busier I am, the more rigorous and meticulous I must be. There is no room for the slightest error!"
Serving as a "physical examination doctor" for XCMG piling products is a challenging job. It requires memorizing the performance parameters of various product models, mastering quality control requirements and scientific inspection methods, and maintaining a meticulous, rigorous attitude and sense of responsibility.

A few years ago, when Li Qingqing first took up inspection work and faced models with complex functions and diverse types, he was momentarily at a loss as to how to improve work efficiency.
"At that time, it took me a whole afternoon to inspect one double-wheel trench cutter. Every pressure and rotational speed item to be checked was indispensable."

To improve inspection quality and efficiency, he wrote the main parameters in a notebook and took them out to memorize whenever he had time. Once he had memorized them, he compared them with the actual products. Before long, he had firmly memorized and thoroughly mastered data such as the rotary speed of the power head and the vertical accuracy of different models.
Grasping the key point, he divided inspection content into primary and secondary control items and key quality control points, focusing on key checks. This also became his secret to strictly controlling quality.

Li Qingqing attaches particular importance to product information fed back from the market. He treats externally reported problems as key points for further refinement in his inspection work, so as to improve the effectiveness of quality inspection.
Now Master Li can complete the inspection and debugging of one double-wheel trench cutter in as fast as one and a half hours. He once completed the debugging and inspection of more than 110 rotary drilling rigs in a single month.
Diligent in Research: Improving Quality "Medical Skills"
One minute on stage takes ten years of practice off stage. To skillfully master host machine inspection skills, he makes full use of spare time to study the key assembly process points of various components, host machine performance parameters, hydraulic and electrical knowledge, and quality control points, strengthening his own inspection skills.

Li Qingqing believes that only by learning from the market and from the frontline of after-sales service can one truly grasp the key quality control points of product debugging and inspection. He often maintains timely communication with service personnel on the market frontline. In Master Li's words: "I am their helper when they encounter fault problems, and they are also the guiding teachers for my inspection work."
As a "physical examination doctor" for rotary drilling rigs, the "prescriptions" Li Qingqing writes truly achieve "instant cure." Over the past two years, he has put forward more than 100 reasonable improvement suggestions, more than 80 of which have been adopted by the technical department, helping to steadily improve the quality of rotary drilling rig products.
Fulfilling Inspection Duties to Ensure Products Shine
Last year, on the eve of the German Bauma exhibition, the XCMG rotary drilling rig on display was a multi-function model combining both long auger and rotary drilling functions, making debugging work very complex.

Time was tight, and there were many procedures requiring debugging and inspection. Recalling the debugging work at that time, Li Qingqing said: "The long auger is quite special. Three functions need to be connected in sequence, and the soil cleaner, main winch, and winch pressurization must remain synchronized. Every time the technical department adjusted a program, I had to debug it once. All my thoughts were about how to solve the problems that repeatedly occurred in the machine and ensure that the rotary drilling rig I handled could shine at the German exhibition site."

From the scorching sun overhead to the moon passing its zenith, Li Qingqing repeatedly debugged and inspected to ensure the quality gate of the exhibited product. In the end, the craftsman's expectations were not disappointed: the XCMG rotary drilling rig successfully appeared at the German Bauma exhibition and was ordered on site by a customer.

"Inspection work depends on responsibility and carefulness. If I take one more look, one problem may be avoided, and the product can be guaranteed to perform better in the market," Li Qingqing said.

Quality is life! With reverence for quality, the "physical examination doctors" represented by Li Qingqing—the inspection personnel of XCMG Foundation—stand fast on the frontline of product quality work, strictly perform their duties, uphold the original aspiration of providing users with products of stable performance and reliable quality, and guard the quality gate of products!
