At 8:08 a.m. on January 28, facing the rising sun, more than 4,000 Sunward employees gathered at the new plant in Sunward Industrial City to hold the Chinese New Year kick-off event for the Year of the Rabbit, celebrating a prosperous start to work and a year of great achievements!

Sunward founder and Honorary Chairman He Qinghua; General Manager Xia Zhihong; Party Secretary Chen Sheng; Deputy General Managers Zhang Daqing, Quan Denghua, Zhu Jianxin and Long Jucai; Chief Financial Officer Huang Zhongbo; Board Secretary Wang Jian; and company executives Gong Jin, Tang Biao, Huang Zhixiong, Yu Yajun, Li Changjian, Wu Wenwei and Zhang Aimin attended the event.

In his speech at the event, Xia Zhihong noted that in 2023 the construction machinery industry is still in a period of deep adjustment. For this reason, at the business work conference held before the holiday, the company set the overall working approach and guidelines of "build confidence, pursue steady operations and strive for efficiency; strengthen management, sharpen internal capabilities and build a solid foundation," and formulated practical and feasible 2023 business objectives and key tasks.

Xia Zhihong stressed that as long as we follow the approach set out at the annual business work conference and march relentlessly toward our established goals, Sunward will surely welcome new development in 2023!

△ On the fourth day of the new year, all projects of Sunward International Malaysia Company under the Engineering Construction Division had already entered normal construction status.

It is understood that in order to meet the progress of various production tasks, employees of some business divisions and subsidiaries of Sunward worked a total of 4,533 person-times of overtime during the Spring Festival holiday.
