III. Project Overview:

The starting point is located in the south of Lengquan Village, Tunlan Street, connecting to the Tuncun-Taike Line Highway; the end point is at Suoyu, connecting with National Highway 241, the relocation project of the Fenhe Reservoir section of Provincial Highway Lanma Line, and the under-construction "Taiyuan Northwest Second Ring Expressway Haojiagou Interchange Connecting Line". Intermediate control points include Fengpingling, Yongshuqu, and Huili. The route length is 6.48 km. The highway technical standard adopts the third-class highway technical standard, with a design speed of 30 km/h, a subgrade width of 7.5 m, and a design vehicle load of Highway-II level. Main quantities: subgrade excavation 18,600 m3, subgrade filling 78,300 m3; drainage works 3,450 m3; subgrade protection and reinforcement works 52,376 m3 (rubble concrete protection); asphalt concrete pavement 43,890 ㎡; 3 bridges totaling 542 m; 18 culverts; traffic engineering and roadside facilities, etc.

IV. Planned Duration: The total planned duration is 545 calendar days, including 30 calendar days for the construction drawing design phase and 515 calendar days for construction. Defect liability period: 24 months from the date of actual completion acceptance.
