Recently, Changzhou Yuchai held its 2023 Business Work Conference in Changzhou, Jiangsu, under the theme of "Hoisting the Sails and Forging Ahead with Determination." General Manager Zhang Chengwei, Production Director Chen Guangyu, Quality and Technical Expert Guo Qing, management personnel at section chief level and above, and marketing and service staff from all sales regions attended the meeting.

The meeting comprehensively summarized the achievements and shortcomings of Changzhou Yuchai's work in 2022 across various areas, including sales and service, production and procurement, debt control, product research and development, and quality improvement, and discussed and clarified the ideas and goals for Changzhou Yuchai's business work in 2023. The past year's work was by no means easy. In the face of multiple adverse factors such as continued market weakness and the impact of the pandemic, all functional departments and regions took the overall situation into account and fulfilled their responsibilities, demonstrating strong resilience, and all indicators made steady progress. These achievements could not have been made without the hard work and joint efforts of all employees to overcome difficulties together. At the meeting, Zhang Chengwei fully affirmed the achievements made by Changzhou Yuchai over the past year and expressed gratitude for the hard work of all employees.
