IV. Project Overview:

The Zongyang Modern Agricultural Science and Technology Industrial Park Yangtze River Delta Green Agricultural Product Production, Processing and Supply Base Project covers a total land area of approximately 1,898 mu. The main construction content includes digital glass greenhouses (including exhibition, planting, seedling cultivation, etc.), multi-span film greenhouses, solar greenhouses, seedling greenhouses, specialty aquaculture, fish fry cultivation and ancillary facilities, integrated water and fertilizer drip irrigation systems, smart agriculture systems, power supply, fencing, roads, parking lots, etc. (For details, see the attachment: Design Brief)

V. Operation Period: The cooperation period of the project is 20 years, including a construction period of 3 years and an operation period of 17 years.

VI. Obtaining of Bidding Documents:
