When culture thrives, a nation thrives; when culture is strong, an enterprise is strong. As the soul of an enterprise, corporate culture is the internal driving force for its survival, innovation, and development. Recently, the Hunan Province Innovative Corporate Culture Development Conference was held in Changsha. Nearly 400 people attended the event, including Zhang Jian, Vice Chairman of the Hunan Provincial Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC) and Chairman of the Hunan Provincial Federation of Industry and Commerce; heads of departments such as the Provincial Department of Civil Affairs, the Provincial Federation of Social Sciences, and the Provincial Federation of Industry and Commerce; managers of central enterprises stationed in Hunan and of provincial and municipal enterprises; corporate culture practitioners; experts and scholars; and well-known public figures enthusiastic about corporate culture.

To set models for corporate culture development, guide enterprises to learn advanced experience and methods in corporate culture development, and promote innovation in corporate culture, the conference commended the 2022 Hunan Province Advanced Units in Innovative Corporate Culture Development, Meritorious Figures, Outstanding Managers, and Outstanding Workers. Sunward was honored with the 2022 "Hunan Province Advanced Unit in Innovative Corporate Culture Development" title.
